PAL & Mentorship Programme

To instill a collaborative way of learning, the institute has initiated two different programmes for the students of SAIM&S. All the students will be compulsorily members of both. The Peer-Assisted Learning (PAL) and Mentorship programmes are proven successful methods of effective delivery of curriculum and help students enhance their learning.

Every student who enrolls in the institute will be allocated a PAL from amongst the seniors and Mentors from amongst the faculties of the institute. The Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) is a programme is which peer groups are formed consisting of students with good grades from senior batches (PAL Leader) with the students who haven’t fared well in their exams. The PAL group discusses on subject topics, ways to write better answers, improve the presentation and other ways so that the students can achieve better grades.
